Since its inception, Freedom Athletics has awarded $36,224 sourced from 14 federal, state, and private funding bodies. There have been 53 award recipients across six states. 81% of awardees are recipients of Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or other state-funded programs, and 74% have a household income of less than $35,000.
